Our pieces are crafted using premium materials including 14K or 18K gold plating over solid stainless steel or brass. We use high-grade hand-set VVS simulated stones and AAA+ Cubic Zirconia to ensure a brilliant, lasting shine.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. We use high-quality PVD plating and premium base metals that are nickel-free and lead-free, ensuring our jewelry is safe for sensitive skin and will not cause discoloration.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made 'NAME' necklaces are final sale.
How should I care for my ICED OUT pieces?
To maintain maximum shine, keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe your piece with the provided micro-fiber cloth and store it in your ICED OUT pouch.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects and stone fallout. If your piece experiences any issues related to craftsmanship, we will replace it for you free of charge.
